About the Opportunity

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Investor Relations efforts in Europe and Asia. As a key member of the global IR team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's communication strategy and building relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations plan, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and disclosure requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and functional heads to execute IR activities, including conference calls, roadshows, and other investor events.
  • Partner with corporate communications and other cross-functional teams to maintain consistent external messaging and develop key messages, press releases, and presentations.
  • Manage quarterly earnings public disclosures, including earnings press releases, conference call presentations, and scripts.
  • Lead the collection, analysis, and presentation of feedback to the company on investors' perceptions, brokerage security analysts' positions, and periodic ownership analysis.
  • Collaborate with Business Development on licensing partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and research and analysis.
  • Support the preparation of SEC filings with the legal and accounting staff.
  • Develop and maintain valuable relationships with investors and sell-side research analysts.
  • Produce investor materials in collaboration with senior leadership for conferences, events, roadshows, and other presentations.
  • Advise leadership on competitor actions that may impact the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience preferred.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills, with strong skills in PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of accounting or financial modeling.
  • A professional, outgoing personality with a high level of energy, a strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and flexibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a commitment to excellence.
  • Strong writing skills, with excellent attention to detail and diligence in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment with different time zones and a high level of flexibility.
