We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Kinaxia Logistics & Fulfilment in Crick. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Complete all consignment paperwork accurately and efficiently to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to missing items of stock to minimize customer complaints.
- Conduct daily/weekly safety checks on manual handling equipment and work areas, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of general housekeeping to ensure a clean and tidy workplace.
- Work safely and in compliance with Health and Safety regulations to reduce the risk of accidents.
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Operate a scanner to efficiently manage stock and orders.
- Knowledge of warehouse health & Safety procedures.
- Experience with stock management software.
- FLT licence, Counterbalance or Reach or VNA.
- Ability to demonstrate, understand, and apply our Company values.
