We're seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Theo in Norwich. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service and that our vehicle maintenance standards are consistently met.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in vehicle maintenance, ideally with at least 3 years of experience working in a Prestige Dealership or similar environment. Your excellent customer service skills and good technical knowledge will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers and colleagues alike.

A successful candidate will be qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent), possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll also need to hold a valid driving license and be willing to undergo additional training as required.

Job Description:

Your primary responsibilities will include undertaking maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard, carrying out all work completely and effectively while adhering to manufacturer's scheduled times to maintain efficiency, and effectively recording details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Prestige Dealership or similar environment.
  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good technical knowledge.
  • Must have a Driving License.
  • The ability to work without supervision.
  • Taking responsibility for the quality and quantity of your work.
