Showroom Ambassador

Job Title: Showroom Host

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Showroom Host to join our team at Group 1 Automotive. As a Showroom Host, you will be the first point of contact for all customers that come through our doors, providing a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers and visitors, providing suitable refreshments
• Answer and manage the telephone system
• Accurately record calls and visits, and relay messages in a timely manner
• Some invoicing and filing may be required
• Manage the customer waiting area and showroom, ensuring it is clean and tidy

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• IT literacy
• Incredible customer service skills
• The ability to multitask and work under pressure
• A friendly and approachable manner
