About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drinks Dispense Regional Installer to join our team in South Wales. As a key member of our installation and maintenance team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our drinks dispense equipment in a variety of locations, including pubs, clubs, restaurants, and large-scale events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide regional and national coverage for large installs and events, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Support commercial decisions for the On Trade sales teams by conducting accurate surveys to provide costs and support to the regional sales teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize training and equipment provided to prioritize safety for both yourself and customers.
About You
  • Reside in South Wales.
  • Have experience in drinks dispense.
  • Be willing to stay away from home for work-related purposes.
  • Be team-oriented, able to lead and coordinate large installations.
  • Exhibit great customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
