Project Support Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Support Coordinator to join our Projects team at Todd Hayes Ltd, a leading procurement company based in the UK.
This is a 12-month contract position, working hours are Monday to Friday in our Wytch Farm office. Due to the remote location, it is essential that applicants have a full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from initiation to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional administrative support to project managers and teams;
- Assisting with project coordination, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes;
- Ensuring accurate and timely communication with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams;
- Maintaining project records, including documentation, reports, and presentations;
- Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation, and other logistical aspects of project implementation.
In return, we offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
