We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Insurance Manager to lead our UK non-life reserving team and further develop our practice through high-quality delivery and business development.

Job Description:

The successful applicant will have extensive non-life insurance reserving experience, including senior-level roles within Lloyd's Syndicates, London Market/Specialty Insurers, or Reinsurers. The candidate will be expected to lead projects from conception to delivery, oversee client communications, and manage junior colleagues.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to interpret data, apply technical expertise, and present results to clients. In addition to client engagements, the individual will contribute to thought leadership initiatives, developing innovative work streams and collaborating with global teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven project management skills with delegation and people management experience
  • Existing network of market contacts or willingness to develop one
  • Availability for regular travel to UK offices or client sites

The estimated salary range for this position is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
