About the Role
Cheshire East Council is seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as a Family Support Worker. In this role, you will work with young people aged 10-18 and their families to provide support and guidance in times of need.
Key Responsibilities
You will work collaboratively with agencies to strengthen family networks, identify and mitigate risks, and provide individuals with the tools and confidence to succeed.
