Job Description
As a Data Engineer at Montai, you'll collaborate with our expert data science, engineering, and biology teams to design and implement scalable data infrastructure solutions. You'll develop and maintain data pipelines leveraging AWS services, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance aligns with best practices. Streamline data storage and retrieval processes, create user workflows to promote FAIR data best practices, and troubleshoot data infrastructure issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering and infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of data lake and warehousing concepts and analytics services.
- Experience working with bio and cheminformatics data.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
