We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Specialist to join our team at Keoghs. As a key member of our counter-fraud division, you will play a critical role in identifying and preventing fraudulent insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of litigated RTA suspected fraud files on behalf of insurance clients.
- Work closely with fraud specialists and legal support staff to achieve the best possible results in a commercially sound manner.
- Develop and implement case strategies in conjunction with Lead Lawyers to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Conduct detailed reviews and analyses of evidence to identify strategic litigation opportunities and complex cases.
- Ensure compliance with all procedural and investigative deadlines, as well as adherence to file management policies.
- Experience in civil litigation claims handling or as a legal File Handler.
- Knowledge of insurance litigation practice and processes, including indemnity principles.
- Good advocacy skills and ability to prioritize work, keep to deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate problems and identify solutions.
- Experience of time recording and billing systems.
- Excellent IT skills.
