Job Title: IT Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our team at Field Solutions Group. As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our clients' photocopiers, laptops, and desktops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance services for photocopiers, laptops, and desktops
  • Support customers and other engineers throughout the region
  • Perform fault finding and repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Essential Experience:

  • Must have current experience as an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
  • Excellent IT and networking skills
  • Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
  • Great time management and ability to work under pressure

Desirable Experience:

  • Manufacturer trained on HP Printers, Photocopiers, Laptops, Desktops, or PCs
