**Job Title:** Product Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at Branston Potatoes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth through innovative product development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG or retail, with a passion for food and a proven track record of driving category growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute trade marketing plans, as well as analyze data to inform commercial decisions.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

**Salary:** £52,000 - £57,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Job Description:**

Develop Branston categories through qualitative and quantitative research, insight & trends

Develop strong category relationships both internally and externally

Strategic reviews of major trends and opportunities

Drive short and long term actionable consumer and category insights to deliver commercial solutions

Create and implement yearly trade marketing plans for our categories

Review and deliver categories, recommendations and new product launches

Using Dunnhumby to gain insights on shoppers, formats, tiers to assist with decision making process

Create monthly action plans addressing needs of the category

Support the Sales & Marketing team in Brand development
