About the Role

We provide therapeutic support to children and young people in a residential child care setting, guided by Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy principles. Our team works collaboratively to create a safe and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to young people, addressing their emotional and psychological needs
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and effective interventions
  • Maintain accurate records of service user interactions, outcomes, and progress
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A strong background in working with vulnerable children and young people, preferably within the context of care-experienced individuals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users, colleagues, and external partners
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based interventions
