Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Tax Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax Recruitment. As a key member of our tax advisory team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional tax advisory services to our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate Tax Partnerships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to deliver tailored tax advisory services.
    • Provide expert tax advice to clients on international tax strategies and transfer pricing.
  • Advisory Project Management
    • Oversee the delivery of tax advisory projects, working closely with partners and directors to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Manage and coordinate the work of tax team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Client Portfolio Management
    • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing strategic tax advice and overseeing corporate tax compliance.
    • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize client tax positions.
  • Tax Expertise
    • Provide tax expertise to support other teams, particularly in M&A transactions.
    • Contribute to the development of tax policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Team Leadership
    • Aid in the supervision and growth of tax team members, contributing to their professional development.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality tax advisory services.

Requirements

  • CTA qualified with significant experience in international tax advisory services.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
