Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to ensure a deep understanding of client marketing strategies, aims, and goals.

- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including Creative Production, BD, and Traffic Manager, to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication with clients.
- Strategic Planning: Provide strategic creative input to clients, advising on creative direction, channel execution, and brand consistency.
- Performance Monitoring: Accurately maintain status reports to monitor account performance and client priorities, ensuring that projects are delivered within designated SLA frameworks.
- Experience: Proven experience in a creative role within retail marketing, with a strong understanding of all channels (radio, POS, digital).
- Skills: Excellent service-minded approach, strong project management and organizational skills, good problem-solving skills, and strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
