They require self-employed heating engineers for an ongoing service & repair contract in the Newark & Grantham area.

Contract Requirements:
  1. Location: Newark & Grantham
  2. Work Type: Annual Service Visits (Annual Gas Safety Check), Landlord Gas Safety Records, and central heating repairs.
  3. Work Load: 6-8 pre-booked appointments per day
  4. Commitment: Minimum of set 3 days per week. Up to 5 days available plus optional weekends and evening call out available at enhanced rates.
  5. Contract Length: Ongoing (no end date)
  6. Payment terms:
  7. Rates:
    1. Annual Service Visit (Annual Gas Safety check): £23.00 per completed property (full van stock and parts supplied)
    2. Linked Repair: £30.75 (if repair required at Annual Gas Safety Check)
    3. Long Duration: £120.00

Optional out-of-hours and weekend work is available at enhanced rates.

Key Benefits:
  1. Local work
  2. Weekly payments – invoices raised on your behalf - no chasing customers for payment or paperwork.
  3. Flexible workload, 6-8 jobs per day plus the ability to request additional jobs from planning team
  4. All appointments are pre-booked via tablet device (provided).
  5. Tablet includes Exsol computer diagnosis system which when used will diagnose system and boiler faults within 10 checks.
  6. Van stock, PPE, uniform, and kit supplied.
  7. Long-term ongoing contract with consistent regular work all year round.
Requirements:
  1. 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer
  2. ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)
  3. Side Panelled Van (plain or sign written)
  4. Gas Safe Registration
  5. Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
  6. £2m Public Liability Insurance
  7. No unspent criminal convictions
