We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for managing and handling complex client accounts, working closely with our Account Executive to deliver quality service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and handle client accounts with a high level of complexity, paying £10k to several £000's of GWP.
- Work closely with the Account Executive to ensure delivery of quality service, providing renewal reports and new business presentations to win and retain business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on complex insurance programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, identifying opportunities to expand our portfolio and drive business growth.
- Strong experience as a Commercial / Corporate Account Handler, with a proven track record of managing complex accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to fluently explain insurance programs to clients and respond to technical queries.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and responding to last-minute demands from clients.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance, with a bias towards Casualty and Construction risks.
