Nursery Educator

Our Approach:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster fun learning.
- Ensure safe and happy spaces by maintaining TLE standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation.
- Monitor growth and development, understanding key milestones and celebrating progress.
- Build relationships with families, sharing daily updates and cheerful moments via our mobile app.
- Collaborate with fellow practitioners to create a supportive and happy learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, or similar).
- Understanding of EYFS framework, Safeguarding, and Child Protection.
