Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all commercial aspects of allocated projects, including risk and opportunity management
  • Drive procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery
  • Provide financial performance reports, including forecasting, cash flow, and profit/loss statements
  • Manage client and subcontractor accounts through to finalisation, ensuring value engineering
  • Collaborate with operational teams to maximise project efficiency and profitability
  • Develop and implement a commercial strategy aligned with company goals
  • Support change management processes to maintain project compliance and governance
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within Construction, Design, and Management (CDM) projects, ideally EPC with electrical, mechanical, and civil scope
  • Expertise in NEC4 contracts (Options A, C, and E) and bespoke forms of contracts
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001, CDM15, and Health & Safety at Work standards
  • Degree qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
  • Experience managing projects up to £50 million or multiple smaller projects
  • Excellent knowledge of construction industry practices, including procurement routes, value management, and cost monitoring
  • Full UK driving licence
Salary and Benefits:

This role offers an excellent salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a hybrid working arrangement and opportunities for career development.
