We are seeking a highly skilled Production Chemist to join our team at RBW Consulting. As a Production Chemist, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products.
About the Role:
As a Production Chemist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines. You will also monitor production processes and perform quality checks to ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Monitor production processes and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with GMP guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and improve product quality.
- Document and report on production activities and outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
Requirements:
- Degree in a life science subject (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology).
- Ideal experience in a GMP environment, with a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts, with a willingness to adapt to changing production schedules.
