About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Team Member to join our team at Next. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our online customers receive perfect products by accurately processing stock quickly and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process stock quickly and accurately, including locating, packing, and transferring stock in and out of store
  • Meet deadlines to deliver products to customers at the promised time
  • Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service
  • Work as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers

About You:

We are looking for a great communicator who is friendly, calm, and efficient, with excellent attention to detail. You should be able to work on your own and keep yourself busy to achieve all performance targets. You should also be flexible, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and our customers.
