We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to join our team at Hays PLC. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in providing expert management accounting services, including direct support to the business planning and budget setting process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional management accounting services, including direct support to the business planning and budget setting process
- Produce monthly management accounts and quarterly forecasts
- Liaise with Senior Managers and budget holders to review monthly management accounts
- Work closely with HR business partners to ensure effective control over staffing budget
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate will be qualified (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
- Experience within a similar role, producing monthly management accounts
- Business Partnering experience
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £44,000 - £54,000 per annum + benefits
- Hybrid working arrangement (2 days in office per week)
