  • Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Food Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Effectively manage stock levels and place orders to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain the kitchen's cleanliness and organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Hospitality: Provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills and take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
