About the Opportunity: We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an interim Assistant Headteacher (teaching). This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students. You will be working in a supportive environment with a team dedicated to providing the best possible education for children with SEN.

Your Key Responsibilities: As an interim Assistant Headteacher, you will be responsible for teaching a small class of students and contributing to the development of the school's curriculum. You will also take on Senior Leadership responsibilities, which may include leading teams, mentoring colleagues, and driving academic achievement. Your expertise in SEN education, particularly SEMH students, will be invaluable in this role.

Educational Qualifications: To succeed in this position, you must have a strong educational background, preferably in SEN or a related field. Your experience in teaching and leadership will be highly valued, and a DBS certificate with the update service is preferred.

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this role is £48,500 per annum, based on the National Teaching Standards and the specific requirements of the position.
