The Peninsula London is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in the Lobby Restaurant. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee-based drinks to our discerning guests.

You will work closely with our Assistant Lobby Manager to ensure that our coffee service is of the highest standard. With a passion for coffee and a keen eye for detail, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

  • Prepare and serve coffee-based drinks to our guests
  • Work closely with our Assistant Lobby Manager to maintain high standards
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive working relationship with colleagues

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service
  • Prepare and serve coffee-based drinks to a high standard
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive working relationship with colleagues

General Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of coffee and preparation of hot and cold espresso and coffee-based beverages
  • 1 year or more working within a high volume and fast-paced coffee environment
  • Friendly and positive with a flexible approach and ability to work under pressure
