Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Lead a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure exceptional financial management.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external accountants to prepare financial reports, including monthly P&L and KPI reports, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, making informed decisions to optimize financial performance.
Salary:
The salary for this role is £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
