  • Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Category Lead to join our team at Arla Food. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing two growing categories of private label cheese and cooking, and will work closely with our major customers to win and retain business.
  • About the Role: As a Commercial Category Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability across our private label cheese and cooking categories. This will involve working closely with our sales teams, managing the product portfolio mix, and identifying opportunities to add value to the category. You will also be responsible for managing the licensed Baileys cream portfolio and will work closely with our Diageo partners to drive growth and innovation.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability across our private label cheese and cooking categories
    • Manage the product portfolio mix to ensure the most efficient volume
    • Identify opportunities to add value to the category and develop plans to execute these opportunities
    • Work closely with our sales teams to build strong relationships with our major customers and drive business growth
    • Manage the licensed Baileys cream portfolio and work closely with our Diageo partners to drive growth and innovation
  • Requirements:
    • Significant marketing and retail management experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
    • High levels of commercial acumen and a proven track record of driving business growth
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data and insights
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivery and results
