About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Associate to join our team at Age Partnership. As a Compliance Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our business operates in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct compliance monitoring activities across all areas of the business, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
  • Support the Compliance team in investigating and responding to complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Assist in the development of documented processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Report any issues or risks to the Compliance Manager, providing recommendations for improvement.
Key Outputs
  • Work collaboratively with the Compliance team to support the business in taking opportunities for swift, informal resolution of complaint matters.
  • Conduct activities in line with the annual compliance monitoring plan, providing feedback to individuals as necessary.
  • Acknowledge and respond to day-to-day queries submitted by the business to the central Compliance inbox.
  • Support the development of policy and procedure within the business.

Requirements
  • Ability to use all Microsoft Office programmes to a competent level.
  • Experience in an internal/external customer-facing environment.
  • Experience of quality assurance or compliance monitoring activity.
  • Experience of working in a financial services environment.
Qualifications
  • Good numerical and literacy skills.
  • Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP).
  • Certificate in Regulated Equity Release (CeRER).
