Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at NHS. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our residents to maintain their independence and dignity.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide clinical guidance and support to the care team, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure that our residents are receiving the necessary care and support.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- NMC registration and a valid pin.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills.
- Passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
