Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at NHS. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our residents to maintain their independence and dignity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to the care team, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure that our residents are receiving the necessary care and support.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements:
  • NMC registration and a valid pin.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
