We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated District Nurse to join our team at North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in their own homes, residential care homes, and other community settings.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and have a strong understanding of community care principles. Experience in areas such as palliative care, long term conditions, and wound care would be an advantage.
A salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum is on offer for this exciting opportunity.
