About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse to join our team at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, where they will have the opportunity to develop their expertise in renal nursing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses and contributing to the development of evidence-based guidelines and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of patient care and ensure that all patients receive excellent treatment and support.
- Develop and implement plans of care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals and ensure that these plans are evidence-based and effective.
- Contribute to the development of local and trust-wide policies, procedures, and guidelines and audit agreed clinical guidelines of practice.
- Liaise with the Senior Matron and Complaints and Clinical Risk Management Teams to investigate accidents, incidents, and complaints.
Requirements
- Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust Values.
- First Level Registration and evidence of recent and ongoing professional development.
- Post-registration experience working in an acute hospital setting and awareness of current professional nursing issues.
- Skill in use of computer/key board and ability to supervise registered and unregistered staff.
- Able to work well within a team and lead change and service improvement.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is approximately £31,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and training and development opportunities.
