Contract Scotland Limited is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team in Inveraray.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline and previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious power transmission project with a leading construction firm.

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Site Agent in managing various aspects of the construction project. This includes planning and coordinating all on-site construction activities, scheduling, resource management, and subcontractor oversight.

You will also be responsible for liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure work packages are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Additionally, you will monitor progress against project milestones and budgets, identifying any deviations and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Site Agent in planning and coordinating all on-site construction activities.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure work packages are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor progress against project milestones and budgets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems is also essential.
