We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Avon Search & Selection. As a key member of our Hospitality Team, you will be responsible for supporting the production of wholesome food for our Residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of meals for Residents, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Work collaboratively with the Kitchen Team to ensure efficient and effective food service operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience for Residents.
- Experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably in a care home or hospitality setting.
- Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.54 (weekdays) and £12.64 (weekends).
- A 30-hour contract with three 10-hour shifts per week.
