We're seeking a skilled Kitchen Team Leader to manage our team and prepare, cook, and serve our legendary Premier Inn breakfasts and classic dishes at our Dunfermline Premier Inn hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Prepare, cook, and serve our signature Premier Inn breakfasts and classic dishes
  • Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Monitor and control food costs and inventory
  • Develop and implement menu ideas and promotions
