Austin Fraser is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Scheduling Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the scheduling team, you will be responsible for managing planned maintenance events in line with internal service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule statutory inspections, examinations, calibrations, and service events for all plant & vehicles, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement cost-efficient maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
  • Liaise with customers to arrange and book compliance and service events, including MOTs, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within the plant and fleet sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. This office-based role offers 25 days' annual leave plus statutory holidays, a discretionary annual bonus, and excellent pension contributions.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
