Job Description

We are seeking a National Social Impact Director to join our team at Lovell. This national role is ideal for someone who wants to drive social change and make a meaningful impact on our projects.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Divisional Regeneration and Partnerships Director and work closely with our teams across the country. You will be responsible for increasing our social and environmental impacts, ensuring that our business practices align with our values, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance our social and environmental impacts
  • Work closely with our teams to ensure that our business practices are socially responsible and environmentally sustainable
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development and develop plans to capitalize on them
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build partnerships and secure funding for our social impact initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in social responsibility or community engagement
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices
