As a Retail Merchandiser with eXPD8, you'll be working in Morrisons to support the entertainment department, carrying out Books, DVD and CD chart changes.

You'll be part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working on a variety of tasks in other local retailers, including setting up Point of Sale displays, checking stock levels and replenishing fixtures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Merchandising and maintaining visual displays to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about tasks

What we're looking for:

  • Experience or a passion for merchandising, retail and/or customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including some evenings and weekends
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
