About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one tailored lessons to bridge gaps in students' education and boost attainment levels. You will work closely with Prospero Teaching to monitor the progression of each student and submit weekly reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, personalized lessons to students in need of academic support
  • Collaborate with Prospero Teaching to track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure a cohesive support network

Requirements

  • QTS or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in a UK classroom setting
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative lesson plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
