Job Description

This is an opportunity to join a respected financial planning firm in Market Harborough as a hybrid IFA Administrator.

You will be responsible for ensuring all administration for life, pensions, and investments are submitted in a timely manner, to agreed standards.

The business is building an infrastructure to have a 2:1 ratio of back office team to Financial Advisors.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring all administration for life, pensions, and investments are submitted in a timely manner, to agreed standards.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and has excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all administration for life, pensions, and investments are submitted in a timely manner, to agreed standards.
  • Work closely with the Financial Advisors to ensure all administration is completed to a high standard.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
