Electronics Systems Manager Opportunity

Hybrid Remote Work

Verso Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Electronics Systems Manager to join a long-standing, privately owned electronics manufacturer in Hampshire. This role offers a significant amount of remote working.

As an Electronics Systems Manager, you will define and advise on approaches for translating system definitions into detailed design specifications through to system testing.

  • Define and advise on system architectural design, modelling, simulation, systems analysis, testing, statistical analysis, and reliability engineering approaches.
  • Conduct thorough systems analysis to identify potential challenges and opportunities for improvement in the design and deployment phases.
  • Design and implement system testing strategies to ensure the reliability and functionality of the developed systems.
  • Apply statistical analysis methods to evaluate system performance and identify areas for optimisation.
  • Utilise reliability engineering principles to enhance the robustness and longevity of the deployed systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science).
  • Proven experience in system architectural design, modelling and simulation, systems analysis, and reliability engineering.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis methods and their application in system development.
  • Previous experience in guiding teams through the entire product lifecycle, from design to deployment.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in system engineering.
