About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join HC-One Ltd. as a Care Technology Instructor on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will work closely with the Delivery Lead and Project Coordinators to provide effective training to colleagues within our care homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training documentation and content.
  • Coordinate training activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Provide effective onsite training to colleagues within care homes.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience of delivering VOIP Telephony training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
