Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Knowledge Solutions Specialist to deliver cutting-edge knowledge solutions for our clients, fee earners, and the wider business using our Legal Tech product suite. This individual will ideally have a broad range of Legal Tech products like HighQ Collaborate, Contract Express, Kira, Luminance, and Bryter.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with stakeholders at all levels to raise awareness of the Legal Tech products and the value they create. You will also identify new use cases and manage the delivery of Legal Tech projects from initial requirements gathering through delivery and beyond. Additionally, you will mentor the Knowledge Engineers, assist with team reporting and financial management, and vendor management, technology trials, and proof of concepts.

Additional Skills Required
4 years experience using HighQ Collaborate. Experience of Contract Express, Betty Blocks, Bryter, and Kira or Luminance preferred. Power Platform/Power Automate experience preferred.
