Job Description:

The role of Quality Control Engineer is available at DCS Recruitment Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out NDT inspections using visual, radiographic, and dye penetrant testing techniques.
  • Interpret test results to assess the integrity and quality of welds and fabricated components.
  • Maintain detailed inspection records and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Collaborate with the fabrication and welding teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Certified to EN4179/NAS410 standards in relevant NDT methods (level II or higher preferred).
  • Proven experience in NDT inspection within the welding and fabrication industry.
  • Familiarity with quality standard AS9100.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
