Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Assistant Manager to join our team at TPF Recruitment. As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading audits and managing a team of auditors to ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Audits: You will be responsible for leading audits with the support of a team of auditors, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and that all queries are resolved with the client satisfactorily.
- Manage Audit Team: You will manage the audit team while on site, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and that all queries are resolved with the client satisfactorily.
- Guide and Supervise: You will guide and supervise more junior members of staff, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to ensure that they are able to carry out their duties to a high standard.
- Accounts Preparation: You will be responsible for preparing accounts in line with the firm's procedures.
- Other Ad-Hoc Consultancy Assignments: You will be responsible for carrying out other ad-hoc consultancy assignments as required.
- Qualifications: You will need to be ACA/ACCA qualified or nearly qualified.
- Experience: You will need to have extensive audit experience, working within a practice environment.
- Client Service: You will need to be confident and comfortable providing exceptional client service and delivery.
- Team Player: You will need to be a team player who wants to join a 'family' of like-minded individuals.
- Dynamic Approach: You will need to have a dynamic approach, adapting quickly to change and finding smart ways to deliver the best results.
- Salary: £45,000-£52,000
- Discretionary Bonus Scheme: You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus scheme.
- Annual Leave: You will be entitled to 25 days annual leave.
- Pension: You will be eligible for a 5% pension.
