We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Ashburton, Devon. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years sales experience and be commercially minded, focused, supportive, pragmatic, and creative.

As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales relationships with existing customers and partners. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Hunting and onboarding new customers
  • Identifying new opportunities and contacting new leads
  • Supporting customers and partners to increase their brand awareness
  • Hit individual and team sales targets

Our client sells software to resellers both in the UK and across Europe, enabling them to provide software, services, and solutions to end users and businesses. They work with many leading global software publishers such as Microsoft, Quest Software, MindManager, Flexera, ManageEngine, and many more.

The salary for this role is estimated at £32,000 plus commission/bonus schemes, with a range of benefits including paid training, individual personal development plans, sick pay, holiday pay, staff referral scheme, personal trainer, flexible working arrangements, incentives and rewards, social events/fundraisers/staff parties, life assurance with MetLife, employee assistance programme for you and your family, medicash health cash plan.
