Job Title: Shift Maintenance Technician

Location: Avonmouth

Shift Pattern: 4-on, 4-off Days and Nights

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Avonmouth bakery. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for conducting electrical and mechanical fault-find and repair on factory equipment within a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery
  • Use initiative to solve machinery issues
  • Work collaboratively with a team of skilled technicians

Requirements:

  • Qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in engineering within a factory environment
