Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior/Associate Town Planner to join our growing team. As a key player, you will contribute to the success of our clients and help shape the future of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage planning projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Provide expert planning advice on Development Consent Order (DCO) projects and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA).
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit planning applications and associated documentation.
- Contribute to business development by engaging with clients and demonstrating commercial acumen.
Requirements:
- Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) or working towards chartered status.
- Proven planning experience, ideally within the Energy and/or Infrastructure sectors.
- Knowledge of DCO projects, EIAs, planning appeals, or complex project development.
- Strong understanding of UK planning regulations.
- Excellent skills in teamwork, communication, and project management.
