As a Customer Service Representative at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd, you will be responsible for picking and delivering online customer orders to their doorsteps. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires you to take pride in doing the right thing for our customers and have a keen attention to detail. You will work in our online warehouse, supporting with customer queries, processing orders through the tills and even working with our online Drivers to load their vans so they're ready to hit the road on-time.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be comfortable working with new technology and be active, including lifting and moving shopping containers up to 15kg.
