Job Title: Complex Care Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Complex Care Support Worker to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care to a young boy living in a loving and welcoming home in the DE14 area of Burton on Trent.

About the Role:
  • Provide personal care, medication, and feeds via PEG and JEJ, suctioning, rectal medications, rescue medications, saturation monitoring, and general well-being management of complex care.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including school pick-ups and travel.
  • Work collaboratively with the client's family and our team to ensure the best possible care and support.
Requirements:
  • Paid previous experience as a Complex Care Support Worker is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
  • A driver's license and use of own vehicle for shifts that require driving the client's vehicle.
  • Good professional or personal references.
