About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Service Manager to join our team at Waythrough. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of our mental health, supported housing and community-based services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing service contracts and line managing staff
  • Carrying out inductions and undertaking investigations
  • Putting team development plans in place and supporting business development colleagues
  • Managing a caseload of individuals with complex needs

Requirements

  • Substantial experience of working in Housing and Social Care and an in-depth understanding of mental health issues
  • A firm but inclusive management style
  • Ability to lead by example and manage conflicting priorities
  • Flexible approach to working hours and willingness to participate in on-call arrangements
